Abstract
Se estudia la potencialidad del mercado de una región de la amazonía para la puesta en marcha de un negocio dedicado a la producción, transformación y comercialización de un producto alimenticio.
El estudio de mercado señala una demanda creciente del mercado nacional, especialmente orientado a la exportación de cacao en grano y el inicio del producto transformado. La competencia de países está altamente concentrada en pocos países, y en los canales de distribución hay un dominio de empresas europeas.
El estudio técnico indica la presencia de proveedores en el mercado nacional de insumos para la producción, disponibilidad de tierras cumpliendo los estándares ambientales, medios logísticos de transporte fluvial.
El estudio organizacional corresponde a la creación de una pequeña empresa, con puestos de trabajo que realizan diversas funciones para reducir costos de personal.
El estudio económico y financiero presenta pequeños márgenes operativos, de mediana rotación, lo que exige liquidez inicial.
The potential of the market of a region of the Amazon for the start-up of a business dedicated to the production, transformation and commercialization of a food product is studied. The market study indicates a growing demand of the domestic market, especially oriented to the export of cocoa beans and the start of the processed product. Competition from countries is highly concentrated in a few countries, and in distribution channels there is a dominance of European companies. The technical study indicates the presence of suppliers in the national market of inputs for production, availability of land complying with environmental standards, logistical means of river transport. The organizational study corresponds to the creation of a small company, with jobs that perform various functions to reduce personnel costs. The economic and financial study presents small operating margins, of medium rotation, which requires initial liquidity.
