La seguridad ciudadana y su influencia en la actividad turística en la ciudad de Iquitos año 2019

Abstract

En la ciudad de Iquitos, el turismo es una de las principales fuentes de ingresos económicos. Sin embargo, es de gran preocupación el incremento de la inseguridad ciudadana que se vive hoy en día, por ende, la seguridad tendría que ser un elemento esencial, tanto para la calidad de vida de sus pobladores como para los turistas que nos visitan. La investigación “La seguridad ciudadana y la actividad turística en la ciudad de Iquitos año 2019”, es una investigación de tipo descriptiva porque permitirá analizar sobre la seguridad ciudadana y su influencia en la actividad turística en la ciudad de Iquitos durante año 2019. Se empleará este tipo y nivel de investigación para dar respuestas objetivas planteadas en la presente tesis. El objetivo principal ha sido analizar cómo Influye la seguridad ciudadana en la actividad turística en la Ciudad de Iquitos año 2019. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta, que permitió realizar un contacto directo con los turistas nacionales y extranjeros para saber la opinión que tienen referente a la inseguridad ciudadana que se vive en la ciudad de Iquitos. Para hacer posible el desarrollo de nuestra investigación, se tomó como objeto de estudio el aeropuerto y distintos lugares de la ciudad de Iquitos. Finalmente, el trabajo de investigación realizado reconoce que la inseguridad ciudadana si afecta la actividad turística; este depende innegablemente del entorno en que se desarrolla. Un destino estable, que ofrezca seguridad será ideal para el desarrollo del turismo, así podremos incrementar las visitas de los turistas beneficiando a nuestra ciudad y mejorar la calidad de vida de los pobladores.

In the city of Iquitos, tourism is one of the main sources of economic revenue. However, the increase in citizen insecurity that is experienced today is of great concern, therefore, security should be an essential element, both for the quality of life of its inhabitants and for the tourists who visit us. The research, “safety of The citizen and tourist activity in the city of Iquitos 2019”, is a research type descriptive because it will allow you to analyze about citizen security and its influence on the tourist activity in the city of Iquitos during the year 2019. This type and level of research will be used to give objective answers raised in this thesis. The main objective has been to analyze how citizen security influences tourist activity in the City of Iquitos in 2019. The technique used was the survey, which allowed direct contact with national and foreign tourists to find out the opinion they have regarding the insecurity that exists in the city of Iquitos. To make possible the development of our research, we took as object of study the airport and various locations in the city of Iquitos. Finally, the research work carried out recognizes that citizen insecurity does affect tourist activity; This undeniably depends on the environment in which it develops. A stable destination that offers security will be ideal for the development of tourism, so we can increase tourist visits benefiting our city and improve the quality of life of the inhabitants.
