Abstract
Este trabajo de investigación, que se titula: “APLICACIÓN WEB PARA MEJORAR LA GESTIÓN DE PEDIDOS, EN LA EMPRESA „HUELLITAS
PETSHOP‟ – IQUITOS, 2022”, tuvo como objetivo general demostrar la mejora en la gestión de pedidos de clientes, mediante la implementación de una aplicación web en la empresa “Huellitas PetShop”, de la ciudad de Iquitos - Perú.
Para el desarrollo de la investigación, se utilizó un enfoque descriptivo, realizándose un análisis estadístico descriptivo, a través de la recolección de datos, que sirvieron para comprobar la hipótesis y proponer una solución. El tipo de investigación fue aplicada, para establecer la relación entre las variables Aplicación Web y Gestión de Pedidos. El diseño de la investigación, fue pre experimental y se aplicaron encuestas en dos momentos de la investigación (pre y post test) a un solo grupo. La población fue de 08 trabajadores de la empresa Huellitas PetShop, correspondiendo la muestra del estudio, a la totalidad de la población. Se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta, a través de un cuestionario de 12 preguntas, para cuyo análisis e interpretación, se utilizó la escala de Likert.
Esta investigación y su consecuente análisis de datos, demuestran que la implementación de una aplicación web, organiza de forma más eficiente y segura la gestión de pedidos de la empresa, mejorando el nivel de satisfacción de los clientes.
The present research work, entitled: "WEB APPLICATION TO IMPROVE ORDER MANAGEMENT IN THE COMPANY 'HUELLITAS PETSHOP' - IQUITOS, 2022", had as general objective to demonstrate the improvement in the management of customer orders, through the implementation of a web application in the company "Huellitas PetShop", in the city of Iquitos - Peru. For the development of the research, a descriptive approach was used, performing a descriptive statistical analysis, through data collection, which served to test the hypothesis and propose a solution. The type of research was applied, to establish the relationship between the variables Web Application and Order Management. The research design was pre-experimental and surveys were applied in two moments of the research (pre-test and post-test) to a single group. The population was 8 workers of the company Huellitas PetShop, corresponding the study sample to the entire population. The survey technique was applied, through a 12-question questionnaire, for whose analysis and interpretation, the Likert scale was used. This research and its consequent data analysis, demonstrate that the implementation of a web application, organizes more efficiently and secure the order management of the company, improving the level of customer satisfaction.
