Implementación del sistema de notificaciones electrónicas para mejora el diligenciamiento en la especialidad laboral y penal del juzgado mixto y paz letrado del datem del marañon – San Lorenzo -2021

Abstract

En la presente investigación titulada Implementación del sistema de notificaciones electrónicas para mejora el diligenciamiento en la especialidad laboral y penal del juzgado mixto y paz letrado del Datem del Marañón – San Lorenzo -2021, se tuvo como objetivo principal determinar el nivel de mejora que tiene el diligenciamiento en la especialidad laboral y penal del Juzgado Mixto y Paz Letrado del Datem del Marañón – San Lorenzo, mediante la implementación del sistema de notificaciones electrónicas, luego de las diferentes procesos como es la recolección de información y procesamiento estadístico se logró determinar que mediante la implementación de este software se logró mejorar de manera positiva tanto a nivel de celeridad como el ahorro de costo en el diligenciamiento de las notificaciones judiciales en la sede del Datem del Marañón.

In the present investigation entitled Implementation of the electronic notification system to improve the processing in the labor and criminal specialty of the mixed court and legal peace of the Datem del Marañón - San Lorenzo -2021, the main objective was to determine the level of improvement that the diligence in the labor and criminal specialty of the Mixed Court and Lawyer Peace of the Datem del Marañón - San Lorenzo, through the implementation of the electronic notification system, after the different processes such as the collection of information and statistical processing, it was determined that through the Implementation of this software achieved a positive improvement both in terms of speed and cost savings in the filing of court notifications at the headquarters of the Datem del Marañón.
