Abstract
Objetivo.
Determinar las características y complicaciones maternas en gestantes con
virus del dengue atendidas en el Hospital Iquitos César Garayar García
2020 al 2022.
Metodología.
Investigación transversal, cuantitativa, descriptiva y retrospectiva. Muestra:
todas las pacientes embarazadas con dengue que haya tenido resultados
positivos de serología para dengue (prueba ELISA, PCR).
Resultado.
Las características sociodemográficas incluyen edad entre 20 y 34 años
(34,6%), nivel de educación secundaria (50%) y origen urbano marginal
(48%), así como ama de casa (65,3%). Nulíparas 44,2%, 1 a 5 controles
prenatales (80,7%) y edad gestacional entre 22 y 36,6 semanas son las
características obstétricas. Hubo mayor frecuencia de dengue sin señales
de alerta (41,5%) dentro de la categorización de dengue. La fiebre fue la
causa más frecuente de consulta (32,8%), seguida de fiebre más cefalea
(25%) y malestar general (17,4%). La amenaza de aborto representó el
31,5% de las complicaciones en la primera mitad del embarazo y la
amenaza de parto prematuro representó el 23% en la segunda.
Conclusión.
Se ha determinado que la enfermedad del dengue dificulta el embarazo en
el primer y segundo trimestre.
Objective. To determine the characteristics and maternal complications in pregnant women with dengue virus treated at the Iquitos César Garayar García 2020 al 2022 Hospital. Methodology. Cross-sectional, quantitative, descriptive and retrospective research. Sample: all pregnant patients with dengue who have had positive dengue serology results (ELISA test, PCR). Outcome. Sociodemographic features include age between 20 and 34 (34.6%), secondary education level (50%) and marginal urban background (48%), as well as housewifery (65.3%). Nulliparous 44.2%, 1 to 5 prenatal care (80.7%), and gestational age between 22 and 36.6 weeks are the obstetric characteristics. There was a greater frequency of dengue without warning signals (41.5%) within the dengue categorization. Fever was the most common cause for consultations (32.8%), followed by fever plus headache (25%), and general malaise (17.4%). threatening abortion accounted for 31.5% of complications in the first half of pregnancy, and threatening preterm delivery accounted for 23% in the second. Conclusion. It has been determined that dengue illness makes pregnancy more difficult in the initial and second trimesters.
