Abstract
El objetivo de la institución fue determinar la actitud de los usuarios hacia la información digital y las tecnologías de comunicación. Su diseño fue descriptivo, con muestra de 20 usuarios, a quienes se aplicó cuestionario.
Las personas están recibiendo muchas veces información digital, 47.5%, y
aquí predominan las mujeres (25.0%) y por grupo por edades, de 25 hasta 40 años (20%).
Las personas consideran muy importante para controlar su salud, 51.4%, formado por hombres (32.4%) y observando por edades, menores de 25 años (21.6%). Los hombres otorgan mucha utilidad para conocer su salud,
32.4%; y los menores de 25 años, 18.9%. La mayor información recibida
corresponde a horario de días y horas de atención, 59.46%. Otro grupo
importante, 43.24%, ha recibido informe de las imágenes del diagnóstico.
Referente a la actitud del usuario hacia la tecnología de información,
conocen la existencia del aplicativo para lograr su cita, tanto hombres como
mujeres, 80%. El grupo de edad que más conoce, menores de 25 años,
32.5%. Los hombres que alguna vez lo usaron, 37.5%, y los menores de 25 años, 25%. Para los hombres fue muy útil para conseguir la cita médica.
The objective of the institution was to determine the attitude of users towards digital information and communication technologies. Its design was descriptive, with a sample of 20 users, to whom a questionnaire was applied. People are often receiving digital information, 47.5%, and here women predominate (25.0%) and by age group, from 25 to 40 years (20%).
