Abstract
Objetivo: Determinar las características relacionadas con la adherencia a
la hipertensión arterial.
Metodología: Evaluó una población por conveniencia de 63 pacientes de
octubre a diciembre 2020. La técnica utilizada la entrevista. El instrumento
utilizado cuestionario. Incluía información de las características
sociodemográficas, y la aplicación de Morisky Green Levine.
Resultados: 68% fueron adultos mayores, sexo de mayor predominio
mujeres 79,4%, ocupación independiente 47,6%, estado civil casado
79,4%, y el 58,7% grado de instrucción primaria. El 14,3% presentó
adherencia, 85,7% es no adherente al tratamiento.
Conclusiones: No existe relación significativa entre la edad, ocupación,
sexo, grado de instrucción, con la adherencia al tratamiento
antihipertensivo, (p= > 0,05). etc.
