Abstract
La investigación detalla la comercialización de cecina de pescado, específicamente cecina elaborada a base de paiche (Arapaima gigas), considerando como mercado local la ciudad de Iquitos. Se ha determinado una demanda creciente, per cápita. Lo que implica un mayor consumo del presente producto.
Se ha determinado la factibilidad comercial, la que señala una demanda creciente en el sector, sustentado con el crecimiento per cápita del consumo.
En el aspecto técnico, la fuente de aprovisionamiento de los insumos, será en la ciudad de Iquitos, donde se trabajará el abastecimiento y comercialización desde el mercado local, hasta los comerciantes minoristas.
La propuesta es constituir una micro/pequeña empresa, para aprovechar los beneficios laborales y tributarios, vigentes para tal. Previamente se inscribirá en el registro de la micro y pequeña empresa.
Los resultados económicos y financieros señalan una rentabilidad del negocio, la TIR Económica es de 66% y TIR Financiera de 135%; así mismo un índice de B/C económico del S/. 2.13 y financiero del S/.11.27%
