Satisfacción sobre el cuidado del profesional de enfermería en el servicio de obstetricia del Hospital Iquitos César Garayar García 2020

Abstract
Introducción.
“La calidad de la atención consiste en la aplicación de la ciencia y tecnología médica de manera tal que maximice sus beneficios a la salud sin aumentar al mismo tiempo los riesgos. El grado de calidad es, por lo tanto, el punto en el cual se espera que la atención proveída logre el balance más favorable de riesgos y beneficios”.
Objetivo.
Determinar el grado de satisfacción de las usuarias sobre el cuidado del profesional de enfermería en el servicio de obstetricia del Hospital Iquitos César Garayar García 2020.
Metodología.
Estudio de tipo cuantitativo, método descriptivo, corte transversal y prospectivo. La población estuvo conformada por 58 usuarias hospitalizadas en el servicio de obstetricia-UCEO del Hospital Iquitos César Garayar García en el mes de octubre 2020. La técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento una escala tipo Likert modificado aplicado previo consentimiento informado.
Resultados.
En las características de las usuarias se encontró: 62,1% adultas (20 a 35 años), 56,9% con secundaria incompleta; 69,0% de zona urbana, 81,1% ama de casa, 69,0% conviviente, 91,4% son usuarias nuevas. Sobre el grado de satisfacción de las usuarias, en líneas generales el 60,3% están satisfechas con la atención que brinda la enfermera sobre el cuidado, en la dimensión interpersonal y el 39,7% están insatisfechas.
Conclusiones.
El grado de satisfacción de las usuarias sobre el cuidado del profesional de enfermería en el servicio de obstetricia del Hospital Iquitos César Garayar García, es en mayor porcentaje de satisfacción.

The degree of quality is, therefore, the point at which the care provided is expected to achieve the most favorable balance of risks and benefits." Objective. To determine the degree of satisfaction of the users regarding the care of the nursing professional in the obstetrics service of the Iquitos César Garayar García Hospital 2020. Methodology. This is a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional and prospective study. The population consisted of 58 users hospitalized in the obstetrics-UCEO service of the Iquitos César Garayar García Hospital in October 2020. The technique was a survey and the instrument was a modified Likert scale applied after informed consent. Results. The characteristics of the users were: 62.1% adults (20 to 35 years old), 56.9% with incomplete secondary education; 69.0% were from urban areas, 81.1% were housewives, 69.0% lived together, and 91.4% were new users. Regarding the degree of satisfaction of the users, in general terms, 60.3% are satisfied with the care provided by the nurse in the interpersonal dimension and 39.7% are dissatisfied. Conclusions. The degree of satisfaction of the users regarding the care of the nursing professional in the obstetrics service of the Iquitos César Garayar García Hospital is in a higher percentage of satisfaction.
