Estadísticas y tendencias de financiamiento público y sostenibilidad económica en la región Loreto, periodo 2021 - 2023: Una mirada cuantitativa

Abstract
Tuvo como el objetivo determinar si la inversión pública impacto en el crecimiento económico según informes estadísticos en la región Loreto durante los años 2021 – 2023; utilizo enfoque cuantitativo basado en métodos estadísticos aplicado a los resultados, fue de naturaleza no experimental y correlacional. Utilizo hoja de observación como instrumento de recolección de datos. Utilizo 4 dimensiones entre las dos variables, las cuales dieron como resultado correlación de -758; correlación negativa considerable, respecto a la competitividad se vio afectada por la uniformidad en el PBI regional, teniendo S/ 9,325 millones desde 2019 hasta 2023, ubicando a la región por debajo de otras, tasa de desempleo reflejo 42.6% de la fuerza laboral tenía empleo adecuado, 2023, comparado con el 49.1% en 2021 y el 37.9% en 2020; ingreso per cápita 2023 fue de
S/ 1,449; 2022; S/ 1,178 y 2021; S/ 1,162; financiamiento público, se identificaron problemas y por desajustes en la distribución de fondos por parte del gobierno nacional. 2021, la inversión pública disminuyó un 23,5%, los gobiernos locales fueron más afectados con una caída del 62,3%, mientras que la inversión del gobierno nacional descendió un 1,9%. Por otro lado, la inversión del gobierno regional aumentó un 4,8% en dicho año. En 2022, hubo una reducción del 8,9% en la inversión pública, destacando la fuerte disminución en la inversión del gobierno nacional (-45,6%) los Gobiernos Locales (+34,1%) y el gobierno regional (+15,4%). Finalmente, en 2023, disminuyó un 7,8%, principalmente debido a menor actividad en los gobiernos locales, que tuvieron una caída del 64,6%, especialmente en obras de salud, transporte y seguridad.
It aimed to determine whether public investment had an impact on economic growth according to statistical reports in the Loreto region during the years 2021 - 2023; it used a quantitative approach based on statistical methods applied to the results, it was non-experimental and correlational in nature. It used an observation sheet as a data collection instrument. It used 4 dimensions between the two variables, which resulted in a correlation of - 758; considerable negative correlation, regarding competitiveness it was affected by the uniformity in the regional GDP, having S / 9,325 million from 2019 to 2023, placing the region below others, unemployment rate reflected 42.6% of the labor force had adequate employment, 2023, compared to 49.1% in 2021 and 37.9% in 2020; per capita income 2023 was S / 1,449; 2022; S/ 1,178 and 2021; S/ 1,162; public financing, problems were identified and due to imbalances in the distribution of funds by the national government. 2021, public investment decreased by 23.5%, local governments were more affected with a drop of 62.3%, while national government investment decreased by 1.9%.
