Abstract
El proyecto tiene como fin la producción de helado estilo Tailandés para venta en puesto al menudeo, con las frutas más frescas y populares, así como las de estación y regionales como Aguaje, Camu-Camu y Ungurahui; esto bajo un enfoque de servicio, atención de alta calidad, excelente presentación del producto, incentivo a la lectura a niños y jóvenes por medio de las historietas, ambiente temático bastante llamativo y con un potente tema de atracción, como es el de los comics de súper héroes.
Referente al plan de marketing, las necesidades insatisfechas del sector ha sido totalmente identificado, y esto obedece a la falta de atención de estas de una manera innovadora y que a la vez de ofrecer un producto sin precedentes en la ciudad, el servicio y la temática interactúe con el cliente.
Con respecto al plan de operaciones, tendremos en las distribuidoras locales nuestros mejores aliados, teniendo en cuenta la disponibilidad de los productos y la diversificación de proveedores para asegurar stock.
En cuanto al plan de recursos humanos, tenemos propuesto innovar incluso en este rubro, ya que nuestro plan es contratar estudiantes universitarios para darles la oportunidad que difícilmente una empresa les da desde el primer ciclo, para de iniciarse en su experiencia laboral; a su vez utilizar un enfoque de disminución de horas de trabajo y hacer más eficientes las horas efectivas de trabajo, respetando las mismas.
Referente al plan económico y financiero, se concibe el plan como rentable, presentando un valor actual neto de S/ 76,948.76 y un valor actual neto financiero de S/ 75,384.74. La tasa interna de retorno es de 74% y la tasa interna de retorno financiera es de 125% El índice beneficio costo es de 2.47 y el financiero es de 5.37
The project aims at the production of Thai-style ice cream for sale in retail stall, with the freshest and most popular fruits, as well as the seasons and regionals such as Aguaje, Camu-Camu and Ungurahui; This is under a focus of service, high quality care, excellent presentation of the product, incentive for reading to children and young people through comics, thematic environment quite striking and with a powerful theme of attraction, such as comics of super heroes. Regarding the marketing plan, the unsatisfied needs of the sector has been fully identified, and this is due to the lack of attention of these in an innovative way and at the same time to offer an unprecedented product in the city, the service and the theme Interact with the customer.
