Abstract
El objetivo de investigación que se formuló fue: Implantar un Aplicativo web basada en ITIL y mejoramiento de la Gestión de mesa de ayuda en el Gore Loreto 2017.
La investigación fue de tipo correlacional, perteneciente al diseño no experimental de tipo correlacional transversal.
La población estuvo conformado por 25 trabajadores de Energía y Minas del Gore Loreto 2017 y la muestra la conformó el 100% de la población los que fueron seleccionados en forma aleatoria simple. La selección de la muestra para cada estrato se realizó en forma aleatoria simple mediante la técnica del ánfora.
Las técnicas que se emplearon en la recolección de los datos fueron la encuesta y análisis documental y los instrumentos fueron el cuestionario y el acta de evaluación.
Los resultados fueron: X2c = 4.60 > X2t = 3.61 gl = 1, = 0.05%, demostrando la hipótesis de investigación: La implantación del Aplicativo web tiene mejoramiento estadísticamente significativa con la Gestión de mesa de ayuda en el Gore Loreto 2017.
The research objective that was formulated was: Implement a web application based on ITIL and improve the management of help desk in the Gore Loreto 2017. The investigation was of correlational type, pertaining to the non-experimental design of transversal correlational type. The population was made up of 25 workers of Energy and Mines of the Gore Loreto 2017 and the sample was formed by 100% of the population who were selected in a simple random manner. The selection of the sample for each stratum was carried out in a simple random manner using the amphora technique. The techniques used in the data collection were the survey and documentary analysis and the instruments were the questionnaire and the evaluation report. The results were: X2c = 4.60> X2t = 3.61 gl = 1, = 0.05%, demonstrating the research hypothesis: The implementation of the web application has statistically significant improvement with the help desk management in the Gore Loreto 2017.
