Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación, que se titula: “CRIPTOMONEDAS COMO
MEDIO DE PAGO EN TRANSACCIONES DE COMERCIO ELECTRÓNICO Y SU
INFLUENCIA EN LA GESTIÓN DE VENTAS, EN LA EMPRESA ‘ELECTROCOM’,
IQUITOS – 2022”, tuvo como objetivo general demostrar la mejora en la gestión de
ventas, mediante la implementación de una plataforma de comercio electrónico que
acepta transacciones con criptomonedas como medio de pago, en la empresa
‘Electrocom’, de la ciudad de Iquitos - Perú.
Para el desarrollo de la investigación, se utilizó un enfoque descriptivo, realizándose
un análisis estadístico descriptivo, a través de la recolección de datos, que sirvieron
para comprobar la hipótesis y proponer una solución. El tipo de investigación fue
aplicada, para establecer la relación entre las variables Plataforma de comercio
electrónico con soporte para transacciones con criptomonedas como medio de
pago y Gestión de Ventas. El diseño de la investigación, fue pre experimental y se
aplicaron encuestas en dos momentos de la investigación (pre y post test) a un solo
grupo. La población fue de 06 trabajadores de la empresa Electrocom,
correspondiendo la muestra del estudio, a la totalidad de la población. Se aplicó la
técnica de la encuesta, a través de un cuestionario de 14 preguntas, para cuyo
análisis e interpretación, se utilizó la escala de Likert.
Esta investigación y su respectivo análisis de datos, demuestran que la
implementación de una plataforma de comercio electrónico que usa criptomonedas
como medio de pago, produce un crecimiento en las ventas de la empresa, evitando
los altos costos del sistema financiero.
The present research work, entitled: "CRYPTOMONEDAS AS A MEANS OF PAYMENT IN ELECTRONIC COMMERCE TRANSACTIONS AND ITS INFLUENCE ON SALES MANAGEMENT, IN THE COMPANY 'ELECTROCOM', IQUITOS - 2022", had as general objective to demonstrate the improvement in sales management, through the implementation of an electronic commerce platform that accepts transactions with cryptocurrencies as a means of payment, in the company 'Electrocom', in the city of Iquitos - Peru. For the development of the research, a descriptive approach was used, performing a descriptive statistical analysis, through data collection, which served to test the hypothesis and propose a solution. The type of research was applied, to establish the relationship between the variables E-commerce platform with support for transactions with cryptocurrencies as a means of payment and Sales Management. The research design was pre-experimental and surveys were applied in two moments of the research (pre-test and post-test) to a single group. The population was 06 workers of the company Electrocom, corresponding the sample of the study to the totality of the population. The survey technique was applied, through a questionnaire of 14 questions, for whose analysis and interpretation, the Likert scale was used. This research and its respective data analysis, demonstrate that the implementation of an e-commerce platform that uses cryptocurrencies as a means of payment, produces a growth in the sales of the company, avoiding the high costs of the financial system.
