Abstract
El mercado gastronómico es sin duda una de las mejores fuentes de ingreso a nivel mundial, por su diversidad y más. Nuestro plan de negocio está basado en la creación de un Restaurant turístico en la ciudad de Lamas, nuestra finalidad es satisfacer las necesidades que tienen y exigen en la población en cuanto a restaurant con todos los beneficios en conjunto.
Nuestro objetivo es fomentar el desarrollo turístico, ser uno de los restaurantes con más acogida en nuestra ciudad y reconocimiento empresarial, además empezaremos por brindar un ambiente totalmente rustico y artesanal.
Los resultados del estudio nos señalan que existe un mercado potencial que va a adquirir nuestro servicio; existe tecnología actualizada, disponible para los servicios, capacidades en las personas que trabajan y márgenes de utilidad que permiten alcanzar la rentabilidad esperada.
This research work is a collection of data obtained through collection instruments, is based on the creation of a tourist restaurant in the city of Lamas, our purpose is to meet some needs that have and require in the population in terms of restaurant with all the benefits as a whole. Our goal is to promote tourism development, be one of the most popular restaurants in our city and business recognition, we will also start by providing a totally rustic and artisanal environment. The results of the study indicate that there is a potential market that will acquire our service; there is updated technology, available for services, skills in people who work and profit margins that allow to achieve the expected profitability. They point out that there is already a significant offer of similar businesses in the country and that it is succeeding. There is experience of customers with the typical foods of the Amazon.
