Abstract
El presenta plan de negocios se encuentra en el rubro de bebidas artesanales, el mismo que se dedicará a la elaboración y
comercialización de macerados de frutas amazónicas, elaborado de forma artesanal.
La investigación presenta una demanda creciente en el factor demográfico, en el ámbito urbano y en el aspecto económico.
El análisis técnico señala que en cuanto al aprovisionamiento hay insumos en abundancia en nuestra región, para ser aprovechados, específicamente las frutas de temporada.
La estructura orgánica de la empresa Macerados Amazónicos SAC, responde a la necesidad de una micro empresa, con funciones integradas en la primera etapa. La empresa se acogerá al régimen Mype tributario, antes se inscribirá en la REMYPE.
En cuanto al plan económico y financiero nos arroja un Valor actual neto económico (VAN) de S/. 238,463 y un Valor actual neto financiero de S/. 226,085. La Tasa interna de retorno económica (TIR) es de 179% y la Tasa interna de retorno financiera es de S/. 520%. El índice beneficio costo económico es de S/.6.27 y el índice beneficio costo financiero es de S/.28.36 lo que demuestra la viabilidad y rentabilidad del negocio.
The business plan is presented in the category of artisanal beverages, which will be dedicated to the elaboration and commercialization of macerated Amazon fruits, elaborated in an artisanal way. The research presents a growing demand in the demographic factor, in the urban environment and in the economic aspect. The technical analysis indicates that in terms of supply, there are abundant inputs in our region, to be used, specifically seasonal fruits. The organic structure of the company Macerados Amazónicos SAC, responds to the need for a micro company, with functions integrated in the first stage.
