Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la informalidad de los negocios y
su posibilidad de insertarlos al proceso de formalidad. El método comprendió
una población de microempresarios, y una muestra intencional de 40 de
ellos.
Hay un alto grado de informalidad, no llegando a formalizarse, el 64% en el
aspecto tributario y el 44% en el aspecto municipal. El 76% de ellos señalan
que tiene algún interés en ingresar en el proceso de formalización. Hay un
importante porcentaje, el 36%, que tiene algún conocimiento sobre los
beneficios de la formalidad.
Las instituciones nunca los apoyaron, en el caso del Ministerio de Trabajo, el
52%, algo similar ocurre con el Ministerio Produce, el 46%. La Municipalidad
tiene mejores resultados, solo el 18% en esta opinión. A nivel de gobierno,
consideran que la institución del cual menos apoyo han recibido es la
SUNAT, el 82% expresa nunca los apoyaron.
Tienen actitud para pagar el Impuesto a la renta por las utilidades del
negocio, el 38%, señala que no deben pagar ninguna tasa de este impuesto.

The method included a population of microentrepreneurs, and an intentional sample of 40 of them.
