Abstract

El presente proyecto estudia el potencial del mercado turístico enfocado en el servicio del transporte turístico en la ciudad de Iquitos. La investigación se manifiesta en un plan de negocios cuyos objetivos son: determinar la viabilidad comercial, técnica, organizacional, económica y financiera. El proyecto arroja resultados que existen un gran número de arribos de turistas, nacionales como extranjeros así mismo existe la disponibilidad de brindar un servicio de calidad por parte de la empresa. El plan de recursos humanos se ha diseñado para una microempresa, de manera simple, con funciones integradas en esta etapa Los ratios económicos y financieros arrojados por el proyecto arrojan resultados positivos, presenta utilidad y cuenta con financiamiento.This project studies the potential of the tourist market focused on the tourist transport service in the city of Iquitos. The investigation is manifested in a business plan whose objectives are: to determine the commercial, technical, organizational, economic and financial viability.
