Abstract
(40,000.00 a 560,000.00) soles.
The general objective was to determine the relationship between the technicalcorrective factors and the additional work factors in the Provincial Municipality of San Martín, during the period 2017 - 2021. The type of study was basic, which responds to a non-experimental descriptive correlational - cross-sectional design, where the study sample consisted of 30 files of works executed in the Provincial Municipality of San Martín, from 2017 to 2021. The technique used was the observation, through the observation sheet as a data collection instrument, which detailed the factors that affect the study variables. The results obtained show that 47% of the works executed (14 files) during the management of the Provincial Municipality of San Martín, if they requested "higher meters" and "new items" whose corrective technical factors were produced by variations and/or modifications of budget that implied the execution of activities not foreseen in the original technical file. Meanwhile, 86% of the executed works (26 files) requested additional works whose amounts fluctuated between S/. (40,000.00 to 560,000.00) suns. Likewise, it was determined that 59.28% of the amounts contracted for the execution of public works influenced the additional work benefits in the MPSM, 2017 - 2021. However, it was concluded that the technical - corrective factors according to the greatest meters (X2 c=4.6600.05).
