Abstract
The objective of the research is to analyze the behavior of financing and the efficiency of the training program. The study had a descriptive and non-experimental, correlational, retrospective design. A data collection form was used, and the source was data from the institution. The execution of the expense in relation to the PIA is increasing during the years of study. , and per capita spending decreases as the budget increases, presenting a high level of efficiency. There is a direct relationship between financing and trained people and budget execution, demonstrated in the correlation statistics of the Pearson coefficient with the corresponding scores of 0.816 and 0.885.
