Abstract

El presente plan de negocios se encuentra en el sector acuícola y tiene por objetivo constituir una empresa dedicada a la exportación de peces ornaméntales al mercado asiático. En la investigación se ha determinado la existencia de varias necesidades a satisfacer. La demanda de los peces presenta una demanda creciente dada la apertura de nuevos mercados, además del mercado asiático. La fuente de abastecimiento será los centros de reproductores ubicados en la carretera Zungarococha, carretera Iquitos-Nauta con sus respectivas autorizaciones otorgadas ´por el ente regulador la Dirección regional de la producción, en el cual hace entrega de una resolución directoral para su funcionamiento y comercialización de peces, en concordancia con las políticas nacionales, sectoriales y alineamientos que dicte el ministerio de La producción.
