Abstract
La investigación se basa en el uso e influencia YouTube como medio pedagógico para mejorar el aprendizaje de los estudiantes.
Se basó en el uso frecuente de la plataforma de videos YouTube y su relación con el aprendizaje de los estudiantes universitarios, debido a que los contenidos que se muestran mediante este recurso audiovisual pueden complementar el proceso de adquirir el conocimiento necesario durante la etapa universitaria.
El objetivo es: Determinar la Influencia de la Plataforma de Videos YouTube en el Aprendizaje de los Estudiantes del Programa Académico de Ciencias de la Comunicación de la Universidad Científica del Perú.
Esta investigación descriptiva correlacional evaluó los resultados que se obtuvieron por el uso de YouTube como un recurso audiovisual, contrastando con los contenidos del aprendizaje en los estudiantes. El resultado de la investigación demostró la existencia de influencia de la plataforma de videos YouTube para el aprendizaje.
The research is based on the use and influence of YouTube as a pedagogical means to improve the learning of students of the Academic Program of Communication Sciences of the Scientific University of Peru. The rationale was based on the frequent use of the well-known YouTube video platform and its relationship with the learning of university students, because the contents shown through this audiovisual resource can complement the process of acquiring the necessary knowledge during the university stage, I want to mention that a little theoretical framework was found on the study of this topic. The objective is to demonstrate whether or not this influence exists in the students of the Communication Sciences career, for this we worked with a sample of 56 students from the academic semester 2019 - I, finding a scarce theoretical framework on the study of this topic. This descriptive correlational research evaluated the results obtained by the use of YouTube as an audiovisual resource, contrasting with the learning contents in the students. The result of the research showed the existence of influence of the YouTube video platform for the development of university educational activities, therefore using YouTube videos in and out of class definitely contributes to university learning.
