Estudio comparativo de factores condicionantes de cesárea en los hospitales Cesar Garayar García y hospital Regional de Loreto, 2021

Abstract

OBJETIVO: Determinar los factores condicionantes de cesárea en los Hospitales Cesar Garayar García y Hospital Regional de Loreto, enero a diciembre, 2021. METODOLOGÍA: investigación comparativa, observacional, transversal y retrospectiva. RESULTADOS: Los factores maternos edad de la madre no condiciona para parto por cesárea (p>0.05), la edad gestacional si es condicionante para el parto por cesárea(p<0.05) en el HRL y HCGG. Los factores obstétricos en el HRL y HCGG son condicionantes para parto por cesárea: causas maternas (p=0.02, p=0.00), causas fetales: embarazo gemelar, distocias del producto, sufrimiento fetal, no condiciona al parto por cesárea en ninguno de los hospitales. Las causas ovulares: placenta previa total, oligohidramnios severo, DPP, son condicionantes para parto por cesárea en el Hospital Regional de Loreto (p= 0.004), lo mismo en el Hospital Cesar Garayar García con (p= 0.000). CONCLUSIÓN: los factores condicionantes para cesárea en el Hospital Cesar Garayar García son los mismos en el Hospital Regional de Loreto, enero a diciembre, 2021

OBJECTIVE: To determine the conditioning factors of cesarean section in the Cesar Garayar García Hospital and the Regional Hospital of Loreto, January to December, 2021. METHODOLOGY: comparative, observational, cross-sectional and retrospective research. RESULTS: The maternal factores mother's age does not condition for cesarean delivery (p>0.05), gestational age if it is conditioning for cesarean delivery (p<0.05) in the HRL and HCGG. The obstetric factors in the HRL and HCGG are conditioning factors for cesarean delivery: maternal causes (p = 0.02, p = 0.00), fetal causes: twin pregnancy, product dystocias, fetal distress, does not condition cesarean delivery in any of the hospitals. The ovular causes: total placenta previa, severe oligohydramnios, PPD, are conditions for cesarean delivery at the Regional Hospital of Loreto (p = 0.004), the same at the Cesar Garayar García Hospital with (p = 0.000). CONCLUSION: the conditioning factors for cesarean section at the Cesar Garayar García Hospital are the same at the Regional Hospital of Loreto, January to December, 2021
