Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar si el
Estado de Emergencia por el COVID-19 ha influido en el incremento de
casos de delitos de violación sexual, en la ciudad de !quitos, de Abril del
2019 a Abril del 2021 ; enfocándose en el estudio de sus subtipos de
Violación de la Libertad Sexual de Mayor de edad y de Violación Sexual
de Menor Edad, para lo cual se ha desarrollado una investigación detipo
Básica, con un enfoque mixto, es decir cuantitativo y cualitativo, el Diseño
fue no experimental y transversal, con una población consistente en 30
abogados especialistas en Derecho Penal y Procesal Penal, a quienes se
aplicó un cuestionario de encuesta de 06 preguntas y análisis documental
del ingreso de denuncias en las Fiscalías Provinciales Penales
Corporativas de Maynas del Distrito Fiscal de Loreto de los años 20191
2020 y 2021 ;habiéndose concluido que el Estado de Emergencia por el
COVID-19, sí ha influenciado significativamente en un aumento en la
comisión de los Delitos Contra la Libertad Sexual, en el período estudiado
de los años 2019 al 2021 1 principalmente en la incidencia del sub tipo de
Violación Sexual de Menor Edad, confirmándose de esa manera la
hipótesis alterna.
The general objective of this investigation was to determine if the State of Emergency due to COVID-19 has influenced the increase in cases of crimes of rape, in the city of !quitos, from April 2019 to April 2021; focusing on the study of its subtypes of Violation of Sexual Freedom of the Age of Majority and of Sexual Violation of Minors, for which a Basic type investigatíon has been developed, with a mixed approach, that is, quantitative and qualitative, the Design lt was non-experimental and transversal, with a population consisting of 30 lawyers specialized in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, to whom a survey questionnaire of 06 questions and documentary analysis of the filing of complaints in the Provincial Criminal Prosecutor's Offices of Maynas of the Fiscal District was applied. of Loreto for the years 2019, 2020 and 2021; having concluded that the State of Emergency dueto COVID-19 has significantly influenced an increase in the commission of Crimes Against Sexual Freedom, in the period studied from 2019 to 2021, mainly in the incidence of the sub-type of Minor Sexual Rape, thus confirming the alternate hypothesis.
