Abstract

La presente investigación en negocios estudia la factibilidad de instalar una empresa panificadora en la ciudad de Iquitos, la cual contribuirá a mejorar regímenes alimenticios de las personas. El objetivo de la investigación es la producción y comercialización de panes determinando su factibilidad económica y financiera en la ciudad de Iquitos. Los resultados del estudio nos señalan que existe un mercado demandante efectivo que puede adquirir nuestro producto; por otro lado nuestro negocio va a hacer sostenible ya que la materia prima está asegurada, al existir abundante oferta de insumos y equipamiento para desarrollar esta actividad. También, se ha determinado la rentabilidad del negocio y que existe la posibilidad de obtener financiamiento.This business research studies the feasibility of installing a bakery company in the city of Iquitos, which will contribute to improving people's diets. The objective of the investigation is the production and commercialization of breads determining their economic and financial feasibility in the city of Iquitos. The results of the study indicate that there is an effective demanding market that can purchase our product; On the other hand, our business is going to make it sustainable since the raw material is insured, since there is an abundant supply of supplies and equipment to carry out this activity. Also, the profitability of the business has been determined and that there is the possibility of obtaining financing.
