Abstract
La presente investigación se encuentra en el rubro manufactura,
elaboración y comercialización de verduras en polvo elaborados de manera
artesanal y sin el uso de ningún elemento químico que atente con la saluda.
Se ha determinado en la investigación realizada la satisfacción de
diversas necesidades de los clientes, dentro de ellas, la necesidad de
alimentación, cuidar la salud, preparar un plato con insumos naturales, dar
sabor.
En el aspecto organizacional se contará con una organización de
microempresa. El personal estará capacitado para cumplir sus funciones
de forma eficiente. En el aspecto técnico se ha determinado las fuentes de
aprovisionamiento y tecnología de maquinaria para procesarlo.
El estudio económico y financiero arroja un Valor Actual Neto
económico (VAN) de S/. 232,009 y un Valor Actual Neto Financiero de
S/.201,074. La Tasa interna de retorno económica (TIR) es de 90% y la
Tasa Interna de Retorno Financiera es de 153%. El índice beneficio costo
económico es de S/.3.07 y el Índice Beneficio Costo Financiero es de
S/.5.79.; toda esta información expresa la viabilidad del negocio.

The present investigation is in the manufacturing, elaboration and commercialization of powdered vegetables elaborated in an artisanal way and without the use of any chemical element that threatens health. It has been determined in the research carried out the satisfaction of various customer needs, within them, the need for food, health care, preparing a dish with natural ingredients, flavoring. In the organizational aspect, there will be a microenterprise organization. Staff will be trained to perform their duties efficiently. In the technical aspect, the sources of supply and machinery technology to process it have been determined. The economic and financial study shows an economic Net Present Value (VAN) of S/. 232,009 and a Financial Net Present Value of S/.201,074. The economic Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 90% and the Financial Internal Rate of Return is 153%. The economic cost benefit index is S/.3.07 and the Financial Cost Benefit Index is S/.5.79.; all this information expresses the viability of the business.
