Abstract

La investigación que se presenta a continuación describe la potencialidad de realizar servicio de alquiler de maquinaria liviana en la ciudad de Tarapoto, región San Martín, Perú. Esta ciudad tiene una significativa característica comercial y de servicios, se encuentra en crecimiento el sector construcción en donde participan el alquiler de máquinas livianas para la ejecución de los proyectos de inversión, puentes, casas, edificios, etc. El objetivo de la investigación es demostrar la factibilidad comercial, técnica, organizacional, económica y financiera de los servicios de alquiler de maquinaria liviana ofrecidos como tercerización. El negocio se especializará brindar servicios a la industria de construcción, con las características de atención oportuna al momento de requerir las maquinarias. Existe un importante tamaño de demanda de constructoras, albañiles independientes, consorcios y municipalidades.
