Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar la relación existente entre la programación de bienes y servicios y la vinculación que existe con el plan anual de contrataciones en la municipalidad de la provincia de Maynas, periodo 2022. Su diseño fue correlacional simple, no experimental, transversal y descriptivo, la población y muestra fue de 60 servidores todos ellos de la institución, utilizó cuestionario el mismo que sirvió para recolectar la información, el mismo que, fue valido por expertos y cotejado por el alfa de cronbach, los resultados obtenidos en relación a la variable programación, mostraron que, se está ejecutando a un nivel regular (51%, 28,57% bajo y 20% alto), cabe suponer que surgirán problemas de gestión si no se utiliza la programación como herramienta para el cumplimiento de los objetivos institucionales a corto y medio plazo, por el lado de la variable plan anual de contrataciones se observa una escala regular del 51.43%; un nivel bajo del 25.72%; y un nivel alto del 22.85% significativamente la municipalidad no está utilizando adecuadamente las herramientas e instrumentos que le otorga la normativa. Con respecto a la variable independiente programación y la variable dependiente plan anual de contratación, se muestra una dispersión positiva. En cuanto al examen de la cifra de dispersión, sólo el 92,16% de la programación afecta al plan anual de contratación.
The objective of the research was to analyze the relationship between the programming of goods and services and the link that exists with the annual contracting plan in the municipality of the province of Maynas, period 2022. Its design was simple correlational, non-experimental, transversal and descriptive, the population and sample was 60 servers, all of them from the institution, the same questionnaire was used to collect the information, the same one that was validated by experts and compared by Cronbach's alpha, the results obtained in relation to The programming variable showed that it is being executed at a regular level (51%, 28.57% low and 20% high).
