Abstract
Introducción: Loreto presenta indicadores de salud sexual y reproductiva que
determinan que es un problema de salud como el embarazo en adolescentes,
complicaciones maternas y perinatales, recayendo en la Psicoprofilaxis Obstétrica,
en fortalecer la actitud positiva y responsable durante el embarazo, parto, puerperio,
con el propósito de reducir la morbilidad materna y perinatal.
Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento y actitud sobre la psicoprofilaxis
obstétrica en las gestantes de dos asentamientos humanos del distrito de San Juan
Bautista - Iquitos.
Material y métodos: El estudio fue de tipo cuantitativo, de diseño descriptivo,
transversal, prospectivo, correlacional, se encuesto a 85 gestantes entre enero a
marzo del 2020, 48 del AAHH Anita Cabrera y 37 del AAHH Bello horizonte, se les
aplico un cuestionario de 18 preguntas para conocer su nivel de conocimiento sobre
la psicoprofilaxis, beneficios, y sobre las sesiones de la psicoprofilaxis; y un test
actitudinal de Likert de 11 premisas sobre dilatación, expulsión y alumbramiento.
Resultados: Se encontró que el 54.2% de las gestantes encuestadas tienen un
buen nivel de conocimiento, el 32.9% regular y el 12.9% malo; el 70.6% tienen una
actitud positiva, el 15.3% indiferente y el 14.1% negativa. El 82.6% de las gestantes
con buen nivel de conocimiento y el 75.0% con regular nivel de conocimiento
presentaron significativamente una actitud positiva sobre la psicoprofilaxis
obstétrica.
Conclusión: Las gestantes del AAHH Anita cabrera y Bello Horizonte tiene un buen
nivel de conocimiento y actitud positiva sobre la psicoprofilaxis, el conocimiento
influye en la actitud de la gestante.

Results: It was found that 54.2% of the pregnant women surveyed have a good level of knowledge, 32.9% regular and 12.9% bad; 70.6% have a positive attitude, 15.3% indifferent and 14.1% negative. 82.6% of pregnant women with a good level of knowledge and 75.0% with regular level of knowledge had a significantly positive attitude towards obstetric psychoprophylaxis.
