    Factores sociodemográficos y satisfacción de madres con niños de 1 a 4 años en servicio de cred Ipress I.4 Moronacocha 2024

    Objective: To establish the relationship between sociodemographic factors (age, marital status, level of education, place of origin, age and sex of the child) and the satisfaction of mothers with children aged 1 to 4 years with nursing care at the CRED IPRESS I.4 Moronacocha, 2024. Materials and Methods: The research responds to a non-experimental, transectional, basic, prospective, observational, analytical design. The population consisted of 439 mothers with children aged 1 to 4 years who attend the CRED IPRESS I.4 Moronacocha service every month, the sample was 210 mothers. Simple random sampling was used, and the selection of mothers in the sample was made using the random number table. Survey technique. Instrument: Questionnaire. Results: 100% said they were satisfied with the nursing care at the CRED IPRESS I.4 service. 100% of the mothers were highly satisfied with the humane and timely treatment. The level of satisfaction was high in 94.8%, medium in 5.2%, and finally, continuous satisfaction was high in 75.2%, medium in 24.3% and low in 0.5%. Conclusions: 5. Place of origin is related to job satisfaction (p<0.05), and age and sex of children is related to mothers' satisfaction (p<0.05).
