El Sindrome de Burnout

Abstract

El objetivo de mi investigación fue: Determinar el nivel de síndrome de Burnout en docentes como resultado de la enseñanza en instituciones educativas. La investigación fue descriptiva. El diseño utilizado fue el descriptivo simple. Los resultados muestran que el nivel de fatiga emocional, despersonalización y baja realización personal es bajo en los profesores de instituciones educativas. Del análisis de los resultados podemos inferir que los profesores tienen un bajo nivel de Síndrome de Burnout.

The objective of my research was: To determine the level of Burnout syndrome in teachers as a result of teaching in educational institutions. The research was descriptive. The design used was the simple descriptive. The results show that the level of emotional fatigue, depersonalization and low personal fulfillment is low in teachers ofeducational institutions. From the analysis of the results we can infer that teachers have a low level of Burnout Syndrome.
