Percepción del relacionamiento intergubernamental (Ministerio de Educación y Dirección Regional de Educación), en la Dirección Regional de Educación de la Región Loreto y los funcionarios de su equipo Directivo Regional, en el primer trimestre del año 2020

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo general: Percibir el Relacionamiento Intergubernamental (entre el Ministerio de Educación y la Dirección Regional de Educación), por parte de la Dirección Regional de Educación de la región Loreto y los funcionarios de su equipo directivo regional en el primer trimestre del año 2020. La investigación fue de tipo descriptivo porque se estudió la situación en que se encuentra la variable: Percepción del Relacionamiento Intergubernamental La población estuvo delimitada por todos Directivos y funcionarios del equipo directivo regional, de la región Loreto, que hicieron un total de 36 personas La muestra estuvo conformada por el 100% de la población identificada, es decir 36 personas entre la Directora Regional de Educación, los funcionarios de la DRE, los Directores de las UGELs y sus equipos directivos. La selección de la muestra fue no aleatoria intencionada. La técnica que se empleó en la recolección de datos fue la encuesta porque se observó el hecho en forma indirecta. El instrumento que se empleó en la recolección de datos fue el cuestionario el que fue sometido a prueba de validez y confiabilidad antes de su aplicación. Para el análisis de los datos se empleó la estadística descriptiva. Los resultados muestran que; la percepción del Relacionamiento Intergubernamental (entre el Ministerio de Educación y la Dirección Regional de Educación) es BUENA, por parte de la Dirección Regional de Educación de la región Loreto y los funcionarios de su equipo directivo regional en el primer trimestre del año 2020.

The research had as general objective: To perceive the Intergovernmental Relationship (between the Ministry of Education and the Regional Directorate of Education), by the Regional Director of Education of the Loreto region and the officials of her regional management team in the first quarter of year 2020. The research was descriptive because the situation in which the variable is found was studied: Perception of Intergovernmental Relationship The population was delimited by all Directors and officials of the regional management team, from the Loreto region, who made a total of 36 people The sample consisted of 100% of the identified population, that is, 36 people among the Regional Director of Education, DRE officials, the .UGEL Directors and their management teams. The selection of the sample was intentional non-random. The technique used to collect data was the survey because the fact was observed indirectly. The instrument used to collect data was the questionnaire, which was tested for validity and reliability before its application. Descriptive statistics were used for data analysis. The results show that; The perception of Intergovernmental Relationship (between the Ministry of Education and the Regional Directorate of Education) is GOOD, by the Regional Director of Education of the Loreto region and the officials of her regional management team in the first quarter of 2020.
