Trabajo colegiado en docentes de la institución educativa secundaria “Maynas” Punchana 2020

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación fue: Determinar la apreciación del Trabajo Colegiado en Docentes de la Institución Educativa Secundaria “MAYNAS” del distrito de Punchana durante el año 2020. La investigación fue de tipo descriptivo. El diseño usual de la Indagación fue el no experimental y el diseño específico fue el descriptivo transversal. La población lo conformo 99 profesionales entre docentes, directivos y jerárquicos de la Institución Educativa Secundaria “Maynas” del Distrito de Punchana durante el 2020. La muestra la conformaron 79 profesionales entre docentes, directivos y jerárquicos de la Institución Educativa Secundaria “Maynas” del Distrito de Punchana durante el 2020. La selección de la muestra fue no aleatoria intencionada, para lo cual utilizamos el diseño muestral para poblaciones menor a 1500. La técnica que se empleó en la recolección de los datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento de recolección de datos fue el cuestionario. Los resultados muestran que la apreciación del Trabajo Colegiado es regular en Docentes de la Institución Educativa Secundaria “MAYNAS” del distrito de Punchana durante el año 2020.

The objective of this research was: To determine the appreciation of the Collegiate Work in Teachers of the Secondary Educational Institution "MAYNAS" of the district of Punchana during the year 2020 The research was descriptive. The usual design of the Inquiry was nonexperimental and the specific design was descriptive cross-sectional. The population was made up of 99 professionals among teachers, directors and hierarchies of the Secondary Educational Institution "Maynas" of the District of Punchana during 2020. The sample was made up of 79 professionals among teachers, directors and hierarchies of the Secondary Educational Institution "Maynas" of the District from Punchana during 2020. The selection of the sample was intentionally non-random, for which we used the sample design for populations less than 1500. The technique used to collect the data was the survey and the data collection instrument was the questionnaire. The results show that the appreciation of Collegiate Work is regular in Teachers of the Secondary Educational Institution "MAYNAS" of the district of Punchana during the year 2020.
