The objective was to determine the association between the quality of care
and the satisfaction perceived by users of the Transmissible Health Strategy
of the IPRESS Santa Clara de Nanay 2020. The study is quantitative, the
descriptive non-experimental correlational design, the population was 210
users and Sample 136 users. The technique was the interview and the
instruments the questionnaire on quality (Validity 89.7% and Reliability
91.3%) and satisfaction (Validity 87.9% and Reliability 90.9%). The SPSS
version 24.0 was used, the inferential test was Sperman’s Rho, with α =
0.01 and a confidence level of 99%. In quality 54.4% reported good quality,
45.6% regular quality and 0% excellent and bad quality. In satisfaction
83.8% reported not being satisfied, 9.6% reported being very dissatisfied,
6.6% reported being not very satisfied and 0% very satisfied. The study
concluded that when applying the Rho Coefficient = 0.127 with α = 0.01,
there is no significant statistical association, that is, the null hypothesis is
accepted: There is no direct and significant association between the quality
of care and the satisfaction of users served in the Strategy Sanitaria de
Transmisibles of the IPRESS Santa Clara de Nanay 2020.
El objetivo fue determinar la asociación entre la calidad de atención y la
satisfacción percibida por usuarios de la Estrategia Sanitaria de
Transmisibles de la IPRESS Santa Clara de Nanay 2020. El estudio es
cuantitativo, el diseño no experimental descriptivo correlacional, la
población fueron 210 usuarios y la muestra 136 usuarios. La técnica fue la
entrevista y los instrumentos del cuestionario sobre calidad (Validez 89.7%
y Confiabilidad 91.3%) y de satisfacción (Validez 87.9% y Confiabilidad
90.9%). Se utilizó el SPSS versión 24.0, la prueba inferencial fue Rho de
Sperman, con α = 0.01 y nivel de confianza 99%. En calidad 54.4%
refirieron calidad buena, 45.6% calidad regular y 0% calidad excelente y
mala. En la satisfacción 83.8% refirieron no estar satisfechos, 9.6%
refirieron estar muy insatisfechos, 6.6% refirieron estar poco satisfechos y
0% muy satisfechos. El estudio concluyó que al aplicar el Coeficiente Rho
= 0.127 con α = 0.01, no existe asociación estadística significativa, es decir
se acepta la hipótesis nula: No existe asociación directa y significativa entre
la calidad de atención y la satisfacción de usuarios atendidos en la
Estrategia Sanitaria de Transmisibles de la IPRESS Santa Clara de Nanay
2020.
