Abstract
La motivación laboral hoy se constituye en el factor determinante para el mejor desempeño del personal, ya que es base para lograr climas
organizacionales, que coadyuven a lograr el propósito de la institución, las municipalides con mucho mayor razón deben contar con personal idóeneo, para
conseguir que el vecino se sienta satisfecho con la atención y servicio que recibe .
El sector de ámbito municipal en el país, en ese sentido tienen en general
una situación contradictoria, ya que si bien es cierto existen aspectos normativos
de cumplimiento laboral, y fundamentalmente como obligación del personal de las
mismas, para lograr su propósito, también es cierto que no consigue tener un
clima organizacional, que permita una gestión eficaz y eficiente del área de
personal.
Los objetivos del trabajo son verificar los niveles de motivación laboral con
que cuenta la municipalidad distrital de Belén ubicada en la provincia de Maynas,
región Loreto.
La presente investigación se realizó durante los meses de enero a diciembre
del año 2015, y se entrevistó a los colaboradores de la municipalidad de Belén.
Los principales resultados nos señalan que no existe una política de
reconocimiento a la labor realizada, por parte la munipalidad, hecho que redunda
que tampoco se se considere por parte de los trabajadores un factor determinante
para cualquier organización, que permita crear las bases para un clima
organizacional favorable, para ser la base de una buena gestión de personal
Entre los diversos atributos del factor motivacional de la municipalidad de
Belén, se puede señalar que no constituye motivo de preocupación por parte de
los trabajadores y estos se circunscriben a cumplir sus tareas sólo por el hecho de
cumplimiento

The objectives of the work are to verify the levels of labor motivation that the district municipality of Belén has in the province of Maynas, Loreto region. The present investigation was carried out during the months of January to December of the year 2015, and the collaborators of the municipality of Belén were interviewed. The main results indicate that there is no policy of recognition of the work carried out by the munipality, a fact that is not considered by workers to be a determining factor for any organization, which creates the basis for a climate Organization, to be the basis of good personnel management. Among the various attributes of the motivational factor of the municipality of Belén, it can be pointed out that it is not a cause for concern on the part of the workers and these are limited to fulfill their tasks only by the fact of compliance.
