Abstract
El objetivo fue analizar el comportamiento del e – commerce en las empresas agroexportadoras de cacao, periodo 2018 – 2020. El método aplicado de nuestra investigación fue de nivel descriptivo y enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño de investigación no experimental, de tipo retrospectiva. La población fue finita, estuvo conformada por las informaciones estadísticas del periodo de estudio, el resultado de la muestra fue tres periodos anuales de registros históricos obtenidos de la página web de la Sunat. Se aplicó la técnica de análisis documental, como instrumento para la recolección de información los datos históricos, se usó el análisis de contenido. Los resultados indican que las exportaciones a nivel mundial, se ubican en 10 países que destacan, liderando en los tres periodos Alemania con 6 ,031.32 US$ Millones, seguido de los países bajos con una tendencia creciente el 2020 sus exportaciones crecieron 5 ,169.82 US$ Millones, Costa de marfil 5 ,009.67 US$ Millones la tendencia exportadora creciente 2020; las importaciones mundiales de cacao en grano crecieron de manera sostenida a una tasa promedio anual de 4,3%. Cabe mencionar que la demanda del cacao en grano proviene de la industria que produce chocolates, confites, alimentos procesados, entre otros. De esta manera, los principales países importadores son la Unión Europea (Países Bajos, Alemania, Bélgica, Francia, Reino Unido) y los Estados Unidos. Destacando Países Bajos (4, 666.00 US$ Millones), Alemania (5, 370.82 US$ Millones), Estados Unidos (5, 809 US$ Millones), y Bélgica (3, 258.19 US$ Millones).
The objective was to analyze the behavior of e-commerce in cocoa agro-export companies, period 2018 - 2020. The applied method of our research was descriptive and quantitative, with a non-experimental, retrospective research design. The population was finite, it was made up of the statistical information of the study period, the result of the sample was three annual periods of historical records obtained from the Sunat website. The documentary analysis technique was applied, as an instrument for the collection of historical data, content analysis was used. The results indicate that exports worldwide are located in 10 countries that stand out, leading in the three periods Germany with 6,031.32 US$ Million, followed by the Netherlands with a growing trend in 2020 its exports grew 5,169.82 US $ Million, Ivory Coast 5,009.67 US$ Million the growing export trend 2020; world imports of cocoa beans grew steadily at an average annual rate of 4.3%. It is worth mentioning that the demand for cocoa beans comes from the industry that produces chocolates, candies, processed foods, among others. Thus, the main importing countries are the European Union (Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, United Kingdom) and the United States.
