Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo general: Evaluar la Comunicación Interna en la Entidad Prestadora de Servicios "Sedaloreto S.A" Iquitos 2019.
La investigación fue de tipo descriptivo y de diseño no experimental de tipo descriptivo transversal.
La población lo conformaron 110 trabajadores de la Gerencia Comercial que laboran la Entidad Prestadora de Servicios "Sedaloreto S.A" y la muestra la conformaron el 73% de la población. Es decir, 80 colaboradores.
Las técnicas que se emplearon fueron la observación de una determinada situación en la Entidad Prestadora de Servicios "Sedaloreto S,A"; la recolección de datos y la encuesta, en esta última se empleó como instrumento el cuestionario que fue sometido a la prueba de validez y confiabilidad antes de su aplicación.
Para el análisis de los datos se empleó la estadística descriptiva.
Los resultados muestran que: Existe una Comunicación Interna regular en la Entidad Prestadora de Servicios "Sedaloreto S.A", Iquitos 2019.
The general objective of the research was: Evaluate Internal Communication in the Service Provider Entity "Sedaloreto S.A" Iquitos 2019. The research was of a descriptive type and of a non-experimental design of a transversal descriptive type. The population was made up of 110 workers from the Commercial Management who work at the Service Provider Entity "Sedaloreto S.A" and the sample was made up of 73% of the population. That is, 80 collaborators. The techniques that were used were the observation of a certain situation in the Service Provider Entity "Sedaloreto S,A"; data collection and the survey, in the latter the questionnaire was used as an instrument that was subjected to the validity and reliability test before its application. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data. The results show that: There is regular Internal Communication in the Service Provider Entity "Sedaloreto S.A", Iquitos 2019.
