Abstract
En el estudio se planteó como objetivo: Verificar el Trabajo Colegiado con docentes de la Institución Educativa N°165 del distrito de Punchana durante el año 2022.
De tipo descriptivo, de diseño no experimental descriptivo transversal.
La población fue 34 docentes y la muestra fue el 100% de la población seleccionados de forma no aleatoria intencionada.
Se utilizó una encuesta – cuestionario, con la que se encontró que del promedio ( ) de 34 (100%) docentes; 14 (45%) respondieron en la apreciación Medianamente Responsable (74% – 50%) acerca del Trabajo Colegiado predominando con 57% los indicadores de la dimensión: Plan de Reuniones. 10 (27%) respondieron en la apreciación Muy Responsable (100% – 75%) acerca del Trabajo Colegiado predominando con 37% los indicadores de la dimensión: Compartiendo Información. 10 (28%) respondieron en la apreciación Nada Responsable (49% – 00%) del Trabajo Colegiado predominando con 36% los indicadores de la dimensión: Decisión Final. Concluyendo que fue Medianamente Responsable el Trabajo Colegiado.
The objective of the study was: To verify the Collegiate Work with teachers of the Educational Institution N°165 of the district of Punchana during the year 2022. The study was descriptive, with a transversal descriptive nonexperimental design. The population was 34 teachers and the sample was 100% of the population selected in a non-random and intentional way. A survey-questionnaire was used, with which it was found that of the average ( x ) of 34 (100%) teachers, 14 (45%) responded in the moderately responsible appreciation (74% - 50%) about the Collegiate Work, with 57% of the indicators of the dimension: Meetings Plan. 10 (27%) answered Very Responsible (100% - 75%) about the Collegiate Work, with 37% predominating the indicators of the dimension: Sharing Information. 10 (28%) answered Not Responsible at all (49% - 00%) about the Collegiate Work, predominating with 36% the indicators of the dimension: Final Decision. The conclusion was that the Collegiate Work was Moderately Responsible.
