Abstract
Este trabajo pretendió determinar la influencia que tiene las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TIC) en realización de audiencias penales de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Loreto - Sede Central, 2022.
El presente trabajo tiene diseño no experimental y transeccional correlacional causal. La población estuvo conformada por 18 especialistas de audiencias penales de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Loreto - Sede Central, tomándose como muestra a 10, a quiénes se les aplicó la encuesta de 07 preguntas; cuestionario cuyo contenido fueron validados a través del Juicio de Experto y con confiabilidad respectivamente.
Como resultado general de la investigación se determinó que existe una relación directa entre uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC) y las audiencias penales encontrándose relación estadística significativa, entre las dos variables objeto del estudio.
Existen evidencias concretas para afirmar que el uso de las Tecnologías de Información y las Comunicación (TIC) se relacionan y contribuyen positivamente en realización de audiencias penales de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Loreto – Sede Central, solucionando problemas que exige la población más necesitada como es contar con justicia asertiva, con equidad, celeridad, predictibilidad, inmediatez y económica.
This work aimed to determine the influence of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in conducting criminal hearings of the Superior Court of Justice of Loreto - Headquarters, 2022. The present work has a non-experimental and causal correlational transectional design. The population was made up of specialists from criminal hearings of the Superior Court of Justice of Loreto - Headquarters, taking as a sample 10 specialists, to whom the survey of 07 questions was applied; questionnaire whose content was validated through Expert Judgment and reliability respectively. As a general result of the investigation, it was determined that there is a direct relationship between the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and criminal hearings, finding a significant statistical relationship between the two variables under study. There is concrete evidence to affirm that the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are related to and contribute positively to criminal hearings at the Superior Court of Justice of Loreto - Headquarters, solving problems demanded by the most needy population such as it is to have assertive justice, with fairness, speed, predictability, immediacy and economics.
