Abstract

En la actualidad la aplicación de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y comunicaciones (TIC) en las organizaciones es de gran importancia. El principal problema identificado es el exceso de documentos físicos que recorren las diferentes dependencias de la institución. Las necesidades tecnológicas dentro de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de Mariscal Ramón Castilla (en adelante, UGEL MRC) son indudables, evidentes y se ven reflejadas en el quehacer diario. El control, envío, recepción, procesado y seguimiento de documentos (proceso de trámite documentario) se gestiona en forma manual, utilizando un libro de registro, donde se redactan los datos asociados a su trámite correspondiente; Se presenta una propuesta como la solución aplicando las tecnologías de información que facilitará a los empleados a optimizar el tiempoCurrently the application of new information and communication technologies (TIC) in organizations is of great importance. The control, shipment, reception, processing and monitoring of documents (documentary procedure process) is managed manually, using a registry book, where the data associated with its corresponding procedure are drawn up; A proposal is presented as the solution applying the information technologies that will facilitate the employees to optimize the attention time of the files and / or documents to the users. The present thesis work entitled "WEB SYSTEM BASED ON THE VISTA CONTROLLER MODEL TO OPTIMIZE THE MANAGEMENT OF DOCUMENTARY PROCESSING IN THE LOCAL EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT UNIT OF MARISCAL RAMÓN CASTILLA - 2019", has the objective of determining how the use of a system web optimizes the management of documentary procedures in the Local Education Management Unit of Mariscal Ramón Castilla.
