Objective: To establish the relationship between social support and selfcare practices in patients with TB. Methodology: quantitative study, subject to a correlational level, it seeks to establish the relationship between social support and self-care practices in patients with TB. The sample consisted of 45 patients, selected by non-probabilistic convenience sampling. The instruments used to measure were the CASPQ questionnaire for self-care practices, and the MOS questionnaire for social support. Results: it was found that the practical variables of self-care and social support are strongly related, very independent of the size of the patient's social network.
