Abstract
El objetivo de esta investigación fue: Evaluar el nivel del Desempeño Docente en la Institución Educativa Público Cuna Jardín N° 259 “Gotitas de Amor”, Nauta 2019.
La investigación fue de tipo descriptivo. El diseño fue el no experimental y el diseño específico fue el descriptivo transversal.
La población lo conformo 30 docentes de la Institución Educativa Público Cuna Jardín N° 259 “Gotitas de Amor” del Distrito de Nauta durante el año 2019. La muestra fue el 100% de la población, es decir los 30 docentes de la Institución Educativa Público Cuna Jardín N° 259 “Gotitas de Amor” del Distrito de Nauta durante el año 2019. La elección de la muestra fue no aleatoria intencionada.
Se empleó la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario. Los resultados muestran que el Desempeño Docente es medio en la Institución Educativa Público Cuna Jardín N° 259 “Gotitas de Amor”, Nauta 2019.
The objective of this research was: To evaluate the level of Teaching Performance in the Public Educational Institution Cuna Jardín No. 259 "Gotitas de Amor", Nauta 2019. The research was descriptive. The design was non-experimental and the specific design was descriptive cross-sectional. The population was made up of 30 teachers of the Public Educational Institution Cuna Jardín No. 259 "Gotitas de Amor" of the Nauta District during the year 2019. The sample was 100% of the population, that is, the 30 teachers of the Public Educational Institution Cuna Jardín N° 259 "Gotitas de Amor" of the District of Nauta during the year 2019. The choice of the sample was intentionally non-random. The survey technique was used and the instrument was the questionnaire. The results show that the Teaching Performance is medium in the Public Educational Institution Cuna Jardín No. 259 "Gotitas de Amor", Nauta 2019.
