Variables relacionadas a diagnósticos de enfermería en niños con síndrome de distrés respiratorio atendidos en el Hospital Iquitos 2015

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio de tipo no experimental, descriptivo, retrospectivo, correlacional. Con el objetivo de determinar las variables relacionadas a diagnósticos de enfermería en niños y niñas menores de 5 años con síndrome de distres respiratorio atendidos en el Hospital Iquitos 2015. La población estuvo conformada por 250 historias clínicas, lo cuales la muestra seleccionada fue mediante el método probabilístico-aleatorio, extrayendo así las 152 historias clínicas. De los hallazgos más importantes se encontró las siguiente: lactantes menores con el 61,8%, el sexo masculino con 53,9%, el distrito de San Juan Bautista con 35,5% fue el más concurrido. El diagnóstico médico prevalente fue bronquiolitis con el 40,1%, en cuanto a las funciones vitales los resultados arrojaron: taquicardia con el 50,0%, taquipnea 32,9%, hipertermia 5,9%, saturación de oxígeno <90% fue 33,6%, en los ruidos y movimientos respiratorios roncus con 57,9% fue el más prevalente. Los diagnósticos de enfermería más frecuentes presentado en los niños con síndrome de distres respiratorio fue limpieza ineficaz de las vías aéreas con 57,9%, seguido de deterioro del intercambio gaseoso 21,7% y deterioro de la respiración 10,5%, Las variables clínicas que mostraron relación significativa con los diagnósticos de enfermería fueron: taquicardia, saturación de oxígeno <90% y roncus, siendo estas variables candidatas a determinar la presencia de más de un diagnóstico de enfermería.

There was realized a study of not experimental, descriptive, retrospective type, correlational. With the aim to determine the variables related to diagnoses of infirmary in children and 5-year-old minor girls to syndrome of distres respiratory attended in the Hospital Iquitos 2015. The population was shaped by 250 clinical histories, which the selected sample was by means of the probabilistic-random method, extracting this way 152 clinical histories. Of the most important findings one found them following: minor breast-fed babies with 61,8 %, the masculine sex with 53,9 %, the district of San Juan Baptizer with 35,5 % was the most crowded. The medical diagnosis prevalent was bronchiolitis with 40,1 %, As for the vital functions the results threw: tachycardia with 50,0 %, tachypnea 32,9 %, hyperthermia 5,9 %, saturation of oxygenwas 33,6 %, in the noises and respiratory movements roncus with 57,9 % was more prevalent. The most frequent diagnoses of infirmary presented in the children with syndrome of distres respiratory it was an ineffective cleanliness of the airways with 57,9 %, followed by deterioration of the gaseous exchange 21,7 % and deterioration of the breathing 10,5 %, The clinical variables that showed significant relation with the diagnoses of infirmary were: tachycardia, saturation of oxygen <90% and roncus, being these variables candidates to determining the presence of more than one diagnosis of infirmary.
