Abstract
es un proyecto que pretende concientizar sobre el uso adecuado de los recursos y aprovechamiento del entorno, que nace de la necesidad y una evidente deficiente implementación de infraestructura de institutos pedagógicos.
Tras la identificación de sus usuarios, una zonificación adecuada, así como una distribución de espacios, que ofrecen cubrir las necesidades de su usuario, contempla dentro de su conceptualización, la idea rectora de la “conexión con la comunidad”, toda vez que la educación superior pedagógica integra dentro del su proceso formativo el desarrollo de habilidades que administrar eficientemente el proceso educativo en todos sus niveles.
Esta propuesta comprende, siete (07) módulos, zona de restaurante, cancha múltiple, y zonas de exteriores, cuenta además con 206 estacionamientos.
El diseño arquitectónico se describe en una edificación de dos pisos con respuesta funcional y estética, con condiciones de seguridad.
