Abstract
The analysis of mobility and accessibility in a city is important , since "its objective is to make the correct prediction of the future needs of the territory , the consequences of the implementation of the infrastructure, various facilities to ensure the mobilization of goods and people, the adequate coordination with the location of activities and land uses. " (Mateas, 2008, p.44) Nauta is a city, located at the confluence of the Marañón River with the Ucayali River for the formation of the Amazon River; the waterway is a means of access to different provinces of the Loreto Region and departments of Peru, having as a connection the city of Iquitos through the interprovincial highway Iquitos-Nauta; who also has an airport as the only outlet for the transport of passengers and cargo to different departments of Peru; That is why an extension of the land, the development of a rail and waterway, achieving in a single meeting point 3 types of transport that will connect the airport creating a multimodal transport and an organized road system, it is proposed this way increase tourism in our region. Due to its location, Nauta is a city with much potential for economic improvement in the region, however, it lacks a road mobilization plan. Starting from this hypothesis , it is necessary to readjust this aspect generating a new plan based on the multimodal concept proposed by Moctezuma, which seeks the balance of uses of means and modes of mobility. The biggest problem of mobility is due to the presence of an inadequate infrastructure of the Terrestrial Stop located at the city's income and clandestine jetties along the river, generating traffic and disruptions in the area. For this reason and according to the analysis of the mobility of the city, it is proposed to carry out a MULTIMODAL TOURIST TERMINAL "CITY OF NAUTA ", in an area that is consistent with the accessibility of the city, generating organized and coherent urban development. This thesis, detailing key aspects to develop an urban architectural proposal for a "TERMINAL MULTIMODAL STICO TUR Í" with the objective of contributing to the improvement of passenger transport in the Loreto Region. In relation to the use of three or more modes of transport, these will be road, rail , river and air, complementing the Iquitos airport , which I consider as a response to the traditional transportation system, which will generate a dynamic passenger exchange , managing to satisfy the latest demands and requirements of the users. Generating a passenger terminal, identifying the quality of the services and the great influence radius that its infrastructure covers.
