Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el mercado del negocio de casa de apuestas deportivas en la ciudad de Iquitos, así como señalar la demanda y determinar la oferta competitiva del negocio.
Su metodología fue descriptiva, transversal y no experimental, teniendo como población a los ciudadanos que acuden a las casas de apuestas deportivas en la ciudad, seleccionando una muestra representativa de 384 clientes escogidos de manera aleatoria.
Concluyen que, existe alta oferta competitiva en el negocio de las casas de apuestas deportivas, toda vez que hay una variedad de estos locales de entretenimiento, además; existe alta demanda del negocio en la ciudad, siendo el horario preferido de los competidores las tardes y noches, sobre todo cuando hay eventos deportivos en competencia.
The objective of this research was to determine the market for the sports betting house business in the city of Iquitos, as well as to indicate the demand and determine the competitive offer of the business. Its methodology was descriptive, cross-sectional and non-experimental, having as population the citizens who go to the sports betting houses in the city, selecting a representative sample of 384 randomly chosen clients. They conclude that there is a high competitive offer in the business of sports betting houses, since there is a variety of these entertainment venues, in addition; there is a high demand for the business in the city, with the preferred time of the competitors being the afternoons and evenings, especially when there are sporting events in competition.
