Abstract
Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la Motivación y la Satisfacción
Laboral en Enfermeros del Hospital Regional de Loreto, durante el
año 2022
Material y métodos: La investigación es correlacional descriptiva,
se buscó la asociación entre la motivación laboral con la satisfacción
laboral del personal de enfermería del Hospital Regional de Loreto
durante el 2022. El tamaño muestral fue de 127 participantes.
Resultados: Fueron encuestados 127 participantes en este estudio,
86.61 % eran de sexo femenino, 59.06% menores de 40. La
dimensión identidad de la variable motivación fue la que tuvo mayor
nivel con un 47.24%. La dimensión de realización personal en la
variable satisfacción, obtuvo mayor puntaje con un 69.86%.
Asimismo, 67.72% participantes tuvieron un nivel de motivación
intermedia y 82.68% un nivel de satisfacción laboral media. Se
encontró que entre las variables motivación y satisfacción existe una
correlación positiva muy baja (rho=0.1446) sin embargo este
resultado no fue estadísticamente significativo (p=0.1062) por lo que
no habría relación estadísticamente significativa entre estas
variables en el personal de enfermería del Hospital Regional de
Loreto durante el 2022. Por lo tanto, rechazamos la hipótesis alterna
y aceptamos la hipótesis nula.
Objective: To determine the relationship between Motivation and Job Satisfaction in Nurses at the Regional Hospital of Loreto, during the year 2022 Material and methods: The research is descriptive correlational, the association between work motivation and job satisfaction of the nursing staff of the Loreto regional hospital was sought during 2022. The sample size was 127 participants. Results: 127 participants were surveyed in this study, 86.61% were female, 59.06% under 40. The identity dimension of the motivation variable was the one with the highest level with 47.24%. The dimension of personal fulfillment in the satisfaction variable obtained a higher score with 69.86%. Likewise, 67.72% of the participants had an intermediate level of motivation and 82.68% a medium level of job satisfaction. It was found that between the motivation and satisfaction variables there is a very low positive confirmation (rho=0.1446) however this result was not statistically significant (p=0.1062) so there was a statistically significant relationship between these variables in the nursing staff of the hospital region of Loreto during 2022. Therefore, we reject the alternate hypothesis and accept the null hypothesis.
