Factores laborales estresores relacionados al síndrome de burnout en enfermeros del hospital 111 EsSalud, Iquitos 2019

Abstract
El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre los
factores laborales estresores y el síndrome de Burnout en los profesionales de
enfermería de los servicios de hospitalización del Hospital III EsSalud, Iquitos 2019.
Materiales y Métodos: Investigación de tipo cuantitativo, correlacional y
transversal; la población estuvo constituida por 84 profesionales de enfermería que
laboran en los servicios de hospitalización del Hospital III EsSalud, los instrumentos
utilizados fueron Inventario de Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) y el cuestionario
“Respuesta emocional al estrés emocional modificado”. El análisis estadístico se
realizó en el programa SPSS 22.
Resultados: Se encontraron relaciones estadísticamente significativas (p<0,05)
entre los factores sociodemográficos y el síndrome de Burnout. Se encontró en
agotamiento emocional 63,1% alto; en Despersonalización, 92,9% alto y en
Realización Personal, 39,3% alto. En los factores laborales estresores, 9,5% alto;
en presión y exigencia, 6,0% alto; en organizativos y relaciones humanas, 21,4%
alto; en ambientales, 32,1% alto. Se demostró con p<0.05 que: “existe relación
significativa entre los factores laborales estresores y síndrome de Burnout. Que
“existe relación significativa entre los factores laborales estresores, dimensión
Presión y Exigencia y el síndrome de Burnout. Que “existe relación significativa
entre los factores laborales estresores, dimensión organizativos y relaciones
humanas y el síndrome de Burnout; y que “existe relación significativa entre los
factores laborales estresores, dimensiones ambientales y el síndrome de Burnout
Conclusiones: Existe una relación moderada entre los factores laborales
estresores y el nivel de estrés laboral.
