Abstract

Results: The people included in the treatment were 100, the arithmetic mean age was 31.2 years. 43% female and 57 male. Higher education was presented by 89% of the respondents, while 11% had a secondary education level. Discussion: Physical activity during the social confinement by Covid 19 during the year 2020 was very poor. Intense physical activity was practiced by only 3% of those surveyed (between 6 and 7 days a week). Moderate physical activity practiced in 7 days only by 10%. Low-intensity physical activity practiced by 27% of those surveyed over 7 days of a week. The total time that a person has been sitting for hours on a day of confinement was 54%. Conclusions: The health system did not provide physical activity programs to families during confinement. Recommendations: Such programs must exist to be applied both in situations of confinement and in periods of absence of epidemic outbreaks.
