Abstract
El estudio de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar los factores
sociodemográficos y conocimiento de bioseguridad en estudiantes de
enfermería de una universidad de Iquitos 2021”, con un enfoque
metodológico cuantitativo no experimental, descriptivo, transversal,
correlacional y prospectivo, la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta cuyo
instrumento fue el cuestionario, con una población de 180
estudiantes de enfermería y una muestra del 100%. Resultado: En
cuanto a los factores sociodemográficos ,el 72 % de los estudiantes de
enfermería están en edad de 18 a 30 años, el 93% son de sexo
femenino, el 93% son solteros y el 97 % son de la zona urbana, 20
% de los estudiantes de enfermería están en el octavo ciclo, el 17 %
en el tercer ciclo, 15% en el décimo ciclo, siendo menores
porcentajes los demás ciclos, el 23.8 %, se encuentran rotando en el
servicio de medicina, y el 20 % en el servicio de neonatología y en
menor porcentaje en los demás servicios, el 63.3% trabajan
actualmente, el 73.4% tienen experiencia laboral, 90.5% no se
capacito en temas de Bioseguridad, si se capacito un 9.5% y el
62.7% tienen estudios previos en salud. En cuanto al nivel de
conocimiento, el 53.4% su nivel de conocimiento sobre normas de
Bioseguridad es Bueno y solo el 5.5% es malo, Conclusión: Existe
relación estadísticamente positiva significativa entre los factores
sociodemográficos y el conocimiento sobre normas de Bioseguridad
en estudiantes de enfermería de una universidad pública de Iquitos,
es decir p <0.05.
The objective of the research study was to determine the sociodemographic factors and knowledge of biosafety in nursing students of a university in Iquitos 2021 ", with a non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional, correlational and prospective quantitative methodological approach, the technique used was the survey whose instrument was the questionnaire, with a population of 180 nursing students and a sample of 100%. female, 93% are single and 97% are from urban areas, 20% of nursing students are in the eighth cycle, 17% in the third cycle, 15% in the tenth cycle, being lower percentages the other cycles, 23.8%, are rotating in the medicine service, and 20% in the neonatology service and to a lesser extent in the other services, 63.3% currently work , 73.4% have work experience, 90.5% were not trained in Biosafety issues, 9.5% were trained and 62.7% have previous studies in health. Regarding the level of knowledge, 53.4% of their level of knowledge about Biosafety standards is Good and only 5.5% is bad. Conclusion: There is a statistically significant positive relationship between sociodemographic factors and knowledge about Biosafety standards in nursing students. from a public university in Iquitos, that is, p <0.05.
