Propuesta para la implementación de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, según ley N° 29783, en la empresa Sub Cafae se- Iquitos- 2020

Abstract
Se considera que la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, es un pilar fundamental dentro de una empresa, ya que si una empresa no brinda las condiciones óptimas de seguridad a sus trabajadores, o no cumple con los estándares establecidos en la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo N° 29783, esto conllevaría a que dentro de la empresa suscite con mayor frecuencia algún incidente o accidente laboral, ocasionando pérdidas materiales, humanas y económicas para la empresa; en tal sentido, se ejecutó el presente trabajo de investigación, que tenía como objetivo la propuesta para la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, según Ley N° 29783, en la empresa Sub Cafae SE- Iquitos; de las cuales el tipo de investigación fue descriptiva y el diseño de la investigación fue no experimental. El tamaño de la muestra estuvo constituida por un total de cuarenta y cinco (45) trabajadores. Las técnicas empleadas en la investigación fueron entrevistas, encuesta, observación e investigación; que ayudaron en la recopilación de los principales resultados de la investigación. De acuerdo a los resultados, al inicio de la investigación de 123 (100%) indicadores de la normativa, solo un total de 23 (19%) indicadores habían sido cumplidos; caso contrario al finalizar la investigación, se realizó el diagnóstico final del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, obteniendo un total de 89 (72%) indicadores cumplidos por parte de la empresa, evidenciando un crecimiento de 66 (53%) indicadores cumplidos, lo que representó para la empresa Sub Cafae SE- Iquitos, uno de los principales beneficios posterior a su implementación de su Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
It is considered that Health and Safety at work is a fundamental pillar within a company, since if a company does not provide optimal safety conditions to its workers, or does not comply with the standards established in the Occupational Health and Safety Law- Law N° 29783, this would lead to an incident or work accident occurring within the company with greater frequency, causing material, human and economic losses for the company; in this sense, the present research work was carried out, whose objective was the proposal for the implementation of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System, according to Law N° 29783, in the company Sub Cafae SE-Iquitos; of which the type of research was descriptive and the research design was nonexperimental. The sample size consisted of a total of forty-five (45) workers. The techniques used in the investigation were interviews, survey, observation and investigation; which assisted in compiling the main research results. According to the results, at the beginning of the investigation of 123 (100%) indicators of the regulation, only a total of 23 (19%) indicators had been met; otherwise, at the end of the investigation, the final diagnosis of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System was made, obtaining a total of 89 (72%) indicators met by the company, showing a growth of 66 (53%) indicators met, which represented for the company Sub Cafae SE-Iquitos, one of the main benefits after its implementation of its Occupational Health and Safety Management System.Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
